About Shamans For Hire & Our Standards
Shamans For Hire is a phone platform that connects adults with shamans and traditional spiritual practitioners from diverse lineages around the world for shaman readings and shamanic healing sessions, billed per connected minute. It is operated by Emposola LLC.
How we vet shamans
- Personal review of every application. We ask about each practitioner's tradition, where and from whom they learned (for example, from a grandparent or through a formal apprenticeship), and how long they have practised.
- Signed Independent Contractor Agreement. Every shaman signs our agreement in the shaman portal before going live. It covers conduct, confidentiality, no off-platform payments and no medical, legal or financial claims.
- Ethics and guidelines. Shamans agree to our Ethics Policy and Community Guidelines: no fear-based selling, no "curse removal" fees, no guarantees, and respect for callers' medical care.
- Honest profiles. Each profile states the shaman's tradition, region and years of experience in their own words.
Privacy and confidentiality
We connect every call ourselves, so the shaman does not see your phone number or card through our platform. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. Calls are recorded for quality, safety and billing questions, with an announcement at the start. Details are in our Privacy Policy and Your Privacy Rights.
Fair, transparent pricing
Each shaman's per-minute rate is shown before you call, starting at $2.99/min. A temporary card hold caps the length and cost, and you're billed only for connected minutes. No hidden add-ons. See our Refund Policy.
Verified reviews
After each paid call, the caller gets a private link to rate and review. Only real callers can review, and we moderate for safety and privacy, never to remove honest criticism. Ratings appear under each shaman's profile.

Articles on our blog are written by Team Shamans For Hire, describe traditions respectfully, distinguish belief from evidence, and cite reputable sources such as Encyclopaedia Britannica, UNESCO, government agencies and published scholarship.
