Calling and billing
How does a call work?
Choose a shaman, enter your card and the phone number you want to be called on, and agree to the terms. We ring your shaman first. When they accept, your phone rings and you are connected.
How much does it cost?
Every shaman is in one of three tiers: Beginner $2.99/min, Established $3.99/min, Top-rated $4.99/min. The tier and rate are shown on the shaman's profile before you call.
What is the card hold?
Before we connect you, we place a temporary authorization hold on your card for a set number of minutes at your shaman's rate. The hold limits the maximum length and cost of the call, and the call ends automatically when the held time is used. After the call, we charge only for connected minutes and release the rest.
How is the time counted?
You pay only for the time you and your shaman are actually connected, rounded up to the next whole minute.
What if the shaman doesn't answer?
If your shaman doesn't accept or the call never connects, there is no charge and the full hold is released. Your bank decides how quickly released holds disappear from your statement, usually within a few business days.
Are there free minutes or promotions?
No. We keep pricing simple: the per-minute rate shown on the profile, billed only for connected minutes.
Can I get a refund?
Minutes used are not refundable, but we fix billing errors such as being charged for time you weren't connected or a duplicate charge. See our Refund Policy.
Privacy and safety
Are calls recorded?
Yes. Every call is recorded, and you hear an announcement at the start. Recordings are used for quality, safety and to resolve billing questions. See our Privacy Policy.
Does the shaman see my phone number or card?
No. Your card details go directly to our payment processor, and your phone number is not shared with the shaman through our platform.

Adults 18 and older only.
For practitioners
How do I join as a shaman?
Apply on our Join page. We review every application personally and reply by email.
Do I need special equipment?
No. You take calls on your own phone. When a caller chooses you, we ring you and you choose whether to accept.
Can I choose my hours?
Yes. You switch yourself on and off in the shaman portal, and there is no minimum number of hours.
